Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

All products sold through GOOFYEATS are digital goods. Account details are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Because of this, all sales are considered final once delivery has occurred.

2. No Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to save account details after delivery
  • Accounts that have been partially or fully used
  • Accounts past their stated expiry date

3. Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • An account is confirmed non-functional at the time of delivery
  • You received fewer accounts than you paid for
  • A payment was processed but no accounts were delivered

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. How to Request

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us through our Discord server with:

  • Your order reference
  • The email used at checkout
  • A description of the issue

Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

6. Expired Checkout Sessions

If your checkout session expires before payment completes, no charge is made and no refund is needed. Your reserved stock is released automatically.
