Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the GOOFYEATS store and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

GOOFYEATS operates out of Australia and sells digital products. All transactions are conducted in AUD.

2. Products

We sell digital accounts. Each account comes with a specified balance and an expiry date. The details of each account are provided to you immediately after purchase.

Account availability and pricing may change at any time without notice. Stock is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis during checkout.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card details at any point. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

A processing fee may be applied at checkout. If enabled, this fee is shown clearly before you confirm payment.

By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Accounts are delivered digitally, on-screen, immediately after your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for saving your account details at the time of delivery.

You can retrieve your accounts later using your order reference and email through the order lookup on the store page.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once account details have been delivered. Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to save account details after delivery
• Accounts used partially or in full

Refunds may be considered at our discretion if an account is confirmed to be non-functional at the time of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Stock Reservation

When you proceed to checkout, the requested accounts are temporarily reserved for you. This reservation lasts for 3 minutes. If payment is not completed within this time, the reservation expires and the stock becomes available to other buyers.

7. Account Usage

Purchased accounts are for personal use only. You agree not to resell, distribute, or share account credentials with third parties. We are not responsible for any actions taken on purchased accounts after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

GOOFYEATS provides accounts on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the longevity or continued functionality of accounts beyond the stated expiry date. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

9. Privacy

We collect your email address for order delivery and lookup purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information. Payment data is handled by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
